Jiujiang Industrial Co., ltd of CSSC (hereinafter referred to briefly as “Company”), located in the middle reaches of Yangtze river and at the foot of Lushan mountain, is a subsidiary wholly owned by China state shipbuilding corporation (CSSC) which is a national super large backbone enterprises group, and was founded on May 6th, 2013. Jiujiang Industrial Co, ltd of CSSC consists of jiujiang Precision Measuring Technology Research Institute, Jiujiang Zhongchuan Fire Equipment Co., ltd, Jiangxi Marine Instruments Co., ltd, Jiujiang Haitian Equipment Manufacture Inc, Jiangxi Chaoyang Machinery Plant and Jiujiang Branch of China Shipbuilding Trading Co., ltd. It has constructed the science and technology innovation system which meets the developing requirement, and focuses on the construction of "1236 Project", namely, to construct one Jiujiang Science and Technology R & D Center of CSSC, to build two industrial zones (one for ships matching products, another for electronic information equipments), to develop three industries of electromechanical equipments, information control and productive modern service. Based on the existing 16 major products, through the extension towards industrial upstream and integration of resources, the company strives to master the core technology by independent R&D, and build the six core industries of safeguard system, ship fluid control integration, dynamic auxiliary system, modular cabin system, navigation system, and electronic information system. The company combined independent innovation and imported technologies to improve core competitive power, formed one-stop service of R&D design, technical service, production and building, customer service of all kinds of products, contributed to the national defense construction, national economic and social development.
The company has the staff of over 2500, including over 370 engineers and technical personnel, the total assets of 1 billion yuan. As National High-tech enterprise, the company has passed the certifications of ISO9000, OHSAS18000，ISO14000 quality management systems, and achieved the authentications of LR, DNW, ABS, BV, EC and CCS, owning a number of independent intellectual property rights. The company has a series of scientific research platform such as national defense testing and calibration lab, type testing center and fire fighting system simulation testing center, fire fighting engineering research center of Jiangxi province, inertial measurement engineering research center of Jiangxi province, environmental products certification and inspection center, and also is building Academician Workstation of Jiangxi Province for Fire Science. It has obtained Class A of fire fighting construction qualification, Class A of fire fighting facilities design qualification, and 3CF compulsory certification; and achieved the license of design and manufacture of national A1 & A2 class pressure vessels, A5 class medical hyperbaric oxygen chamber and Mitsubishi marine boiler, equipped with a lot of facilities for precision machining, precision measuring and large mechanical processing.
