Jiujiang Industrial Co., ltd of CSSC, was once named Jiujiang Region Construction Headquarters of the sixth Machinery Industry Ministry, No 214 Engineering Headquarters of Fuzhou Military Region, the sixth Machinery Industry Bureau of Jiangxi Province, Jiangxi Agency of the sixth Machinery Industry Ministry, Jiangxi Agency of CSSC. And after, Jiujiang Shipbuilding Company was founded in September, 1984. According to the decision of “integration and development of the shipbuilding enterprises in Jiujiang” made by Party Committee of CSSC, Jiujiang Shipbuilding Company was restructured in November, 2012, and was registered as Jiujiang Industrial Co., ltd of CSSC on May 6th, 2013.
